This position will support a complex government client and will provide network operations and infrastructure support in a hybrid enterprise environment. In this role, you will help maintain connectivity, troubleshoot outages, and support secure, reliable operations across network systems and services.

Clearance:
Must be US citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Salary Range
$105,000-$145,000
The posted salary range represents the anticipated compensation for this position. Final compensation will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications, years of directly relevant experience, education, certifications, security clearance, contract requirements, and other business considerations.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations of LAN, WAN, VPN, and related network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot outages, performance issues, and connectivity problems
- Support firewall, routing, switching, and network security activities
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and technical procedures
- Assist with infrastructure patching, compliance, and operational support
- Coordinate with engineering teams on changes, upgrades, and issue resolution
- Support incident response and escalation handling for infrastructure issues
- Document technical findings, actions taken, and recommended improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Networking, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of network engineering or infrastructure support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience supporting enterprise network environments
- Cisco networking technologies including routing and switching
- Firewall and VPN technologies
- Enterprise network troubleshooting and issue isolation
- Infrastructure documentation and operational support
- Hybrid cloud connectivity concepts
- Monitoring, escalation, and change support in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+
- CCNP
- MCSE or RHCE
