We have an immediate (on-site) Help Desk Support position in the Knoxville metro area. As a member of our team in this role, you’ll deliver Tier I technical support to end users by diagnosing issues and guiding them through step-by-step solutions. Availability to support a 24/7/365 service desk is required."

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in a technical support or customer service role.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to equipment, software, hardware, and network malfunctions, following established operating procedures.
  • Capable of diagnosing, resolving, or escalating technical issues as needed in accordance with support guidelines.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating technical solutions clearly, managing issues with empathy and professionalism, and maintaining a positive, solution-focused approach.

Preferred Education, Skills, and Experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure and hardware components.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Clearance:

Must be able to obtain favorable Public Trust clearance which includes an extensive government background investigation into the following areas:
  • Criminal history
  • Financial status
  • Known associates
  • Work history
  • Medical release
