Job Description and Responsibilities:
The Security Engineer - RSA Archer Developer will be responsible for the day-to-day activities associated with the overall configuration and administration of RSA Archer Enterprise Governance, Risk and Compliance (eGRC) environments. This will include set up, configuration, support and maintenance of eGRC dashboard environments across multiple instances. Additional 3rd party integration will also be required to incorporate, configure and deploy additional modules, data feeds, or new solutions.
  • Architect, design & implement eGRC solutions in RSA Archer.
  • Define program objectives and design processes such as compliance assessment, risk identification, and remediation management.
  • Gather detailed technical and functional requirements and develop applications using Archer
  • Configure Archer solutions based on technical and functional requirements using SDLC concepts and agile methodology.
  • Develop effective tracking and reporting mechanisms using Archer.
  • Develop process flow diagrams, dynamic reports and dashboards to provide risk summary
  • Develop ability to intake and correlate data feeds from multiple sources and formats.
 
Education and Experience:
  • Candidates should have a BS degree and 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Broad IT Security background with standard industry practices, products and technologies
  • Experience providing Tier 3 (or higher) support
  • Ability to produce independently and part of team
  • Must be able to communicate, verbal and written, effectively
  • Programming and scripting languages (JavaScript, C, PowerShell, Perl, Bash)
  • Minimum of 3+ years of RSA Archer experience
 
Qualifications:
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Experience with Agile engineering practices
  • Well-rounded background in network, host, database, and application security
  • Experience administering network devices, databases, and/or web application servers
  • Preferred certifications: CISM, CCSA, CCSE, JNCIA, CCNA, CISSP, OSCP, CCIE Security, CEH, Security+
